Water tanks provide all customers with water on demand, with no bulky storage tanks, and no shortage
of hot water.

There are a variety of water tanks that MCCHS utilizes:
– Tankless
– Conventional Vent (CV): 5’’ venting straight up through the chimney. 3’’ venting would indicate
a low-input tank;
– Power Vent (PV): Mechanical blower on the top of the tank and plastic vent upwards or out
through the wall. All PV models come with an ultra-quiet blower;
– Direct Vent (DV): 2 vents leading outside the house. 1 vent for air intake and the other for
exhaust output;
– Electric Vent (EV): electrical plug coming from the tank as well as no venting from the tank. All tanks with the exception of the tank less have different sizes can that range from 40 gallons to 75 gallons. All vented tanks are ENERGY STAR rated. All GSW tanks come with 20% motr gosm insulation to maximum heat retention. All tanks come with TankSaver, which is designed to work to prolong the tanks life.

The KeepRite ET 96 Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace featuring the Observer communicating system is engineered to take your home to a new level of comfort and efficiency. As part of the Observer communicating wall control in addition to the appropriate air conditioner and indoor coil unit allows the ET 96 to function as a part of a complete communicating home comfort system. Unlike the single stage furnaces-which often heat up fast and shut down fast, creating noticeable swings in temperature – the ET 96 delivers consistent heat and overall comfort. The two-stage heat system operates at the lower, primary heating sage most of the time and automatically adjusts to the higher, full capacity stage if temperatures drop. The variable-speed blower motor can also help increase comfort by maximizing moisture removal, during the coolingoperation. The high efficiency blower motor can be run continuously to improve indoor air quality.

In a quiet way
Sturdy steel cabinets that are thermal lined and insulated are used to reduce the amount of heat and operating noises that escape from the unit. A sealed blower compartment, soft-mount components, and the variable-speed blower motor also reduce operating sounds. When this unit is matched with select KeepRite air conditioners and evaporator coils, the ECM variable-speed blower motor can also boost cooling efficiency for increased SEER ratings.

The heart of every furnace is the heat exchanger .The proven RPJ (Rigid Press Joint) heat exchanger is designed to move more heat to the outside surface for increased heat transfer. The weld-free interlocking clamshell design reduces cracking or separating over the life of the gas furnace. The RPJ heat exchanger plays a significant role in boosting the models efficiency to a 96% AFUE rating. So, you can count on energy savings, especially compared to an older, less efficient furnace.
